Do I need to register in order to comment in a forum?

Yes, You must become a member of the site to post here. We are a community and we want to be able to bounce ideas off of each other to help build MySwitchPort.com and all of our sites better.

Who can see my profile?

Your site is visible to the extent to what you chose to share. Not everything in your profile is visible to everyone. Some of what is in your profile is private.

Can I get posts removed from the site?

Yes, You can have your posts removed from the sites. You can chose to remove them or your self or we can remove them if you request. We will also remove any posts that go against or our policy standards.

Is this the only way to get support?

If you cannot find your answers in the support forum, feel free to fill out the contact form. We have a separate contact form on each site. We will get back to you within 24 hrs.

What if I need more help then is given in this forum and need to speak to a live person?

On our contact page you can fill out the contact form. There is also a phone number if is very important. Feel free to call us. Our hours of business might be different from day to day. If you do not reach us on the first try you can leave a message or try again later.

Do you have 24 hours a day 7 days a week Support?

No, our main operating hours are usually from
9am-4pm then a break till

8pm to 12am Mon - Fri
6pm to 2am Saturday.
10am to midnight Sunday.
